Progressive is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer for one of their clients, active within materials technology and metal recycling.

Job information

As a Senior Civil Engineer you will be supporting diverse projects within Belgium but also abroad. You might be travelling up to once a month. You will be taking on an advisory role to support the project team.

Responsibilities as a Senior Civil Engineer

• Set up concepts and determine process improvements.
• Determining and guarding timing and budgeting.
• Ensuring quality and safety.
• Evaluating risks.
• Follow up of suppliers.
• You report to higher management and the Area Director.

Profile

• VCA VOL.
• Experience in design software.
• Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus.

• De administratieve en reglementaire conformiteit van openbare plaatsen controleren (voorzieningen, veiligheidssystemen, ...)
• De beveiligings- of hulpoperaties bepalen bij ongevallen en rampen, na evaluatie van de situatie en de risico's
• Personeel opleiden in interventie- en hulpverleningstechnieken
• De bevolking over acties en technieken voor preventie, veiligheid en EHBO sensibiliseren
• Het budget van een organisatie bepalen en opvolgen
